We met in New Orleans in 1991 during our freshman year of college. Women in both of our large families believe the best way to a man's heart is through his stomach. So, our romance centered around food began. Our Mississippi roots and love for the Big Easy helped shape our approach to cooking Cajun cuisine. Mac's Cajun Shack brings our love story full circle!
